“Food and crises: resiliences”

For this first event, our objective was to delineate the constellation of issues related to crises linked to the food system, and how they connect geographically and temporally with all of us (encompassing, disciplines, sectors, actors, regions and cultures), and better understand the implications, impacts and strategies adopted in different regions. We take a global perspective, but our goal was to highlight regional and local knowledge.

The event consisted of 2 days with a program that ranged from presentations, round tables of discussion and workshops, among others.
